A member of the Singer Kwinter legal team since 2001, Shane’s practice is dedicated exclusively to acting on behalf of Plaintiffs in the areas of personal injury, insurance claims and medical malpractice. He has advocated for clients at all levels of court in the Province of Ontario.
Shane has successfully resolved many files, which involved Defendants unwilling to compensate his client prior to his involvement. He has also been involved in a number of significant cases including Bonaiuto v. Pilot Insurance Company and Hazan v. Ing Insurance Company.
Shane is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and the Advocates’ Society. He ranked as a leading Personal Injury Litigation Lawyer by his peers in Best Lawyers in Canada®. He has served as a presenter and a panel member at continuing legal education programs, and he has been a mentor for multiple articling students and junior lawyers. Shane is active in the medical and rehabilitation community. He appears at, and participates in, events hosted by associations and foundations involved in the care of injured and disabled people.

Did you know?
Shane is a sports enthusiast who enjoys coaching his kids' hockey teams. Shane's love for sports began early on in life, and he has since developed a passion for coaching. He spends his evenings and weekends at the local hockey rink, helping his kids and their teammates improve their skills and learn the importance of teamwork. In his free time, Shane can be found on the golf course, enjoying a round with his friends or reading up on the latest sports news. Despite his busy schedule, Shane finds great joy in staying active and reading nonfiction. Shane also loves animals, and his best friend is his Golden Doodle named Billy.
